CABBAGE DINNER 
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 head cabbage, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes, cut up
Salt & pepper
3 beef bouillon cubes

Saute onion, garlic, green peppers and ground beef. Add tomatoes and 1/2 to 1 can of water. Bring to boil, add cabbage. Cook on low or until cabbage is done. Serve on rice or mashed potatoes.
