SWEET & SOUR COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. onion
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard

Shred cabbage very fine. Chop onion very fine. Toss cabbage and onion with oil and celery seeds. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage and onion, marinate at least 8 hours in the refrigerator. Stir several times. Taste is better the longer it marinates. Makes a bunch.
