CRAB QUICHE | |
8 oz. canned crabmeat (drained) or fresh imitation sea legs supreme, chopped up 8 oz. grated Swiss cheese 1/2 c. diced green onions 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. flour Mix all above together and pour into 9 inch unbaked pie crust. (Hint: Pillsbury all ready pie crust make this a quick dinner with a light salad). Bake 450 degrees for 5 minutes and 325 degrees for 40 minutes. |
