CHEESE BALL 
1 c. low fat cheese, grated (cheddar or Mozzarella)
1 c. dry curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped

Mix cheese and seasonings in blender until smooth. Shape into ball and roll in parsley.
