1 (8 oz.) can of mushrooms
8 chicken breasts (deboned)
1 sm. box of Ritz crackers
6 eggs
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 lb. Muenster cheese
1/4 lb. butter

Soak chicken in eggs for about 1 hour, roll in fine cracker crumbs, brown chicken in butter. When done, place chicken in a baking dish. Place mushrooms on top, then sliced cheese - pour wine and broth over all the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
