STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pie shell, baked
1 qt. strawberries, hulled & sliced
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Bake pie shell and cool. Slice strawberries and set aside in bowl. Cover with a small amount of sugar. Mix cornstarch and sugar together in saucepan. Drain berries and add juice to water to make 1 1/2 cups. Pour into cornstarch and sugar mixture, and bring to boil. Turn off heat and add Jell-O. Stir in strawberries and pour into cooled shell. Refrigerate and serve with whipped cream.
