LEMON LUSH 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. ground walnuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. non-dairy whipped topping
3 c. cold milk
2 sm. boxes lemon instant pudding

Mix butter, flour and ground walnuts as for pie crust. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped topping, spread on cooled crust.

Combine milk and instant pudding, beating until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Let set. Top with additional whipped topping.
