BUTTERY TOASTED PECANS 
1/2 c. butter
4 c. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. salt

Place butter in 15 x 12 x 2 inch jelly roll pan. Heat at 325 degrees for 5 minutes or until butter melts. Add pecans, stir until well coated, sprinkle with salt. Return to oven and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until toasted, stirring every 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Yield 4 cups.
