NO-KNEAD CHALLAH 
2 1/2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
10 c. flour
10 tbsp. sugar
10 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. salt
6 eggs

Mix water and yeast in a small bowl. Put aside. In a large metal bowl, combine flour, sugar, oil, salt and eggs. Add the yeast and water. Mix together with a wooden spoon. When it gets difficult use your hands, but do not knead. Sprinkle a little flour on top of dough, cover with towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 3 hours. Flour bottom of 2 large pans, do not grease. Take out challah. Braid challahs and brush egg on top. Let rise in pan for 20- 30 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
