POT PIE 
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Cut shortening into flour and salt. Beat egg and add to the dry ingredients and add milk to make a soft dough. If dough is not soft enough, add more milk. Roll thin as paper and cut into squares. Add to either beef or chicken broth.
