1 box yellow cake mix
2 (10 oz) can peaches (heavy syrup)
1 stick butter

Pour peaches into 9x13 dish. Add dry cake mix on top of peaches evenly. Put slices of butter on top.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until slightly brown.
