VEGETABLE SAUTE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cauliflower and/or broccoli pieces
1 c. carrot slices
1 c. zucchini slices
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange or lemon juice

Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and saute 2 minutes. Add carrots, cauliflower and/or broccoli and saute for 2 more minutes. Add chili powder, salt, and zucchini and mix well. Saute 3 minutes. Add orange or lemon juice and simmer covered for 6-10 minutes. Serves hot. Makes 4 servings.

Excellent also with small pieces of chicken breast sauteed with it.
