SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. cubed steak
1 to 2 onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Lightly brown steak in skillet. Place steak in casserole. Place sliced onions on top and cover with soup. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Time varies with size of casserole. Don't over cook.
