TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. apple vinegar (or 1 tbsp. vinegar & 1 tbsp. apple juice)
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
5 med. apples, cut into pieces
8 oz. Cool Whip

1. Mix first 4 ingredients and pineapple juice together in saucepan.

2. Cook over low heat until thick.

3. Mix peanuts, apple and pineapple together.

4. Add liquid mixture and stir.

5. Fold in Cool Whip.

6. Chill and serve.
