2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, loose
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. honey roasted peanuts
Apples

Mix above ingredients all together with mixer until well blended. Cut up apples in slices you can leave the peels on. As you are cutting up apples put in lemon juice for a few seconds, this will help them from turning brown.
