4 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 lb. butter
1 lg. can Carnation milk

Bring to boil and boil for exactly 8 minutes, stirring constantly

3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 (7 or 8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Beat until smooth. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool and cut.
