WONDERFUL FUDGE
You may use different kinds of chocolate; but the total must equal 36 oz.

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (no substitutions)
17 oz. evaporated milk (regular + small can)
4 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (broken into pieces)
8 oz. milk chocolate (broken into pieces)
16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 (4 oz. ea.) bars German sweet chocolate (broken into pieces)
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Stir together in large pot: butter, evaporated milk and sugar over medium heat to a boil. Cover and boil for about 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add all the chocolate and stir until melted. Works best if you leave the pot on the burner even though you have turned the heat off. Add vanilla and nuts. Blend well.

Pour into 10x15-inch prepared pan (sprayed with Pam or non-stick cooking spray). Let stand until firm, then cut into 1-inch squares and wrap in foil to keep fresh. Keeps longest in cool spot (garage) or refrigerator.

Makes 5 1/2 lb. of wonderful fudge.
