TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES | |
3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa 1 pkg. Jello Instant Pudding (large box) 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2/3 cup melted butter, divided 3/4 cup boiling water 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups) Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. In medium bowl, stir together cocoa, pudding mix, and baking soda; blend in 1/3 cup melted butter. Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 cup melted butter; stir until smooth. Add flour, vanilla, and salt; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan. Cut into squares. Makes about 36 brownies. Submitted by: Michael Gaubert |
