SHRIMP BUTTER 
2 (5 oz.) cans tiny shrimp, drained and rinsed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Pinch of salt
1 to 2 tbsp. minced onion

Put in mixer and beat well. Use on crackers, chips or with vegetables. Freezes well!
