CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
Whole graham crackers
1 can chocolate fudge frosting

Layer a 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers (whole, do not crush). Mix pudding with milk, then add Cool Whip with cream cheese to pudding. Spread over graham crackers. Then add another layer of whole graham crackers. Frost with a can of chocolate fudge frosting. Saran Wrap and refrigerate.
