FROSTED CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cocoa until creamy. Mix in sour cream. Add flour, soda, and baking powder. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Dough has to be kind of stiff so you can drop by spoons or scoop. Do not over bake, as they go dry. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting. Serves 12.
