CHEESE AND GARLIC BISCUITS 
2 c. Pioneer baking mix (or Bisquick)
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (2 oz.)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix baking mix with milk and cheese until a soft dough. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Mix butter with garlic. Brush over warm biscuits before removing. Yield: 20 small biscuits or 10-12 regular.
