POOR MAN'S CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 lg. can Carnation milk, chilled
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Line bottom of a 9 inch square dish, reserving a few crumbs for the topping.

Cream Jello and cream cheese until fluffy and dissolve the mixture with the hot water. Cool mixture. Whip the evaporated milk, fold in cream cheese and lemon mixture. Pour into your dish. Sprinkle the remaining cracker crumbs over the top. Chill overnight.
