1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 (12 oz.) pkg. salted peanuts Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips in 2 quart casserole. Heat in Radarange oven on cookmatic level 6 for 5 to 6 minutes or until melted. Stir once during melting. Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let set until firm. Store in airtight container. If mixture hardens before dropped on waxed paper, return to microwave on level 6 for 1 to 2 minutes or until softened. |
