HEALTH BREAD/MUFFINS 
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup plus 1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups 100% bran flakes
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups graham flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Simmer raisings in water for 10 minutes, cool. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl mixing well. Add raisins and water mixture. Grease and flour two 5 x 9-inch loaf pans (or muffin pans).

Bake for 45 minutes.
