LOBSTER NEWBURG 
1 c. diced lobster meat
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dry sherry
3 egg yolks
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Heat lobster in butter in the top of a double boiler. Add the sherry and cook 1 minute. Combine egg yolks, cream and Worcestershire and add to the lobster. Cook slowly until it thickens. Serve on toast points to 2 or 3.
