GRANDMA'S CASSEROLE 
8 tsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, sliced in thin strips
1/2 - 1 c. chopped celery
16 oz. ground turkey or veal
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pinch each of garlic salt & oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained & chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 can mushrooms or fresh
16 chopped olives (green or black)
