1 can Spam
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 raw carrots
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Grind first 5 ingredients. Add vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Mix together. If needed, more mayonnaise may be added.

Makes great sandwiches and can be served on crackers.
