TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 can black olives
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans (drained)
1 lg. bottle Catalina or Western dressing
1 lg. bag Nacho cheese chips
2 tomatoes (diced)
4 hard cooked eggs (sliced)
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Brown ground chuck with salt, pepper and chili powder. Mix together all ingredients except the Nacho chips. Crumble the chips and add just before serving.
