NEW YEAR'S EVE SAUERKRAUT 
3 lb. pork roast (after cooking)
3 lb. Kielbasa
5 qts. sauerkraut
3 lbs. frankfurters

Bake pork roast until done. Take out of grease and just keep meat and cut up in bite size pieces. Take a very large roasting pan. Put pork and sauerkraut in pan. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Stir once in a while. Add Kielbasa, cut up in 2" pieces. Bake another hour. Add whole frankfurters, bake about another hour. I leave frankfurter whole so they can be used in buns for hot dogs and kraut. Takes most of a day to taste good!
