NUTTY PEACH CRISP | |
1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches with syrup 1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. flaked coconut 1 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Layer in order, peaches (with syrup), dry cake mix, butter, coconut and pecans in ungreased oblong 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Bake until topping is golden brown, 44-60 minutes. Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving. Can serve warm or cold, and, if served, with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 12-15 servings. |
