PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix and press in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

CUSTARD (for top of baked crust) :
2 (15 oz.) cans pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk (or cream)
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix and pour on top of baked crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
