HOMEMADE PANCAKES 
1 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1 c. or more milk

Mix all ingredients, milk can be added if desired for consistency. If you like thinner pancakes, add milk. Preheat electric frying pan or griddle to 325 degrees. Pour large spoonful onto griddle. When batter bubbles, flip and cook for a few more minutes. Makes 12 to 15 pancakes.
