SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sour cream

Sift flour, soda, and salt together. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after every addition. Add flavorings and dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Place in greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
