CHOCOLATE COVERED EASTER EGGS 
1/2 c. butter
5 1/4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 c. milk
1 box powdered sugar sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
5 sq. semi sweet chocolate

Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan. Add pudding mix and blend well. Slowly add milk and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until boiling (mixture leaves side of pan). Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and walnuts. Chill until stiff 2 hours. Shape into eggs (about 2 tbsp. each). Place on waxed paper and chill about 30 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate and cool.
