PEAR PIE (OR APPLE) | |
Slice pears in Pyrex dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar on top. Place tiny pieces of butter on top. Sprinkle cinnamon. Add vanilla. TOPPING: 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1/2 c. brown sugar Mix sugar, butter, flour; pat on top of pears or apples. Mix. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
