BISCUIT AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can biscuits, pulled in half
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Place 1 set of biscuit halves in bottom of baking dish. Saute beef, onions and bell peppers. Add chili powder, garlic salt, green peppers, shredded cheese (reserving 3/4 cup for top), sour cream, egg and tomato sauce. Stir together and pour over biscuits. Place remaining biscuits on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
