OVERNIGHT FRUIT SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 sm. pkg. instant pudding (lemon, coconut, or pistachio)
1 lg. can fruit cocktail well drained
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Mix dry instant pudding into undrained pineapple. Stir until thick. Add drained fruit cocktail and marshmallows, 2 cups. Stir in whipped topping. Put in refrigerator overnight or several hours until well chilled. This is pretty made with pistachio pudding. Extra maraschino cherries, cut and drained, can be added for color.
