CHEESE CUSTARD WITH MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
6 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Combine all the ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Set in a pan of water and bake at 350 for 45 minutes and serve with Mushroom Sauce.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper
5 tbsp. grated cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Add cream slowly, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in grated cheese and mushrooms. Add dash of salt and dash of pepper. Heat thoroughly. Spoon sauce over cooked custard and serve.
