1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar

Cream sugar and shortening. Mix in eggs and milk. Sift flour, soda and salt and mix in. Mix in pecans. Chill for 1 hour. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
