PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple and fold in bread cubes. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Garnish with slices apple rings for color.
