STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with onion
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water; let stand for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine next 4 ingredients. Place equal portions of beef mixture in center of cabbage leaves. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. Simmer covered 1 hour, basting occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
