BREAD STARTER 
2 tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. all purpose flour

Feed starter every 6 days and always leave at least 1 cup of starter in jar at all times. Dissolve 2 tablespoons instant potato flakes in 1 cup warm water. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup all purpose flour to starter in pan of warm water. When water cools, take jar out and set overnight. In the morning refrigerate. Keep in refrigerator at all times. Wait at least 2 days after feeding to make bread.

BREAD:

1 c. Starter
1/2 c. warm water
5-6 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and let rise overnight at room temperature. Next morning, knead 5 times and make into 2 loaves. Let rise until double (about 5 hours). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
