GAZPACHO 
1 c. unpeeled cucumber
3 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 med. onion
3 slices bread
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
2 cloves garlic

Puree in blender. Chill. Serve with diced fresh cucumber, croutons, chopped onion, or other finely chopped garnishes to add to the puree.
