COLE SLAW 
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato (opt.)

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper (opt.)

Mix dressing and pour over slaw, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before stirring again and serving.
