LEMON CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 tbsp. oil
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Lemon slices

Heat oil until hot; add chicken and cook 5 minutes each side. Discard drippings; place chicken in an 8 inch square dish.

Add wine, parsley flakes, thyme, salt to pan then bring to boil; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and paprika. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
