PEANUT BUTTER CHIP FROSTING 
1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 to 2 tsp. milk

Melt peanut butter chips in top of double boiler, over hot not boiling water. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, vanilla and salt in small mixing bowl until creamy. Add 1/2 cup confectioners sugar; beat until smooth. Add melted chips; beat well. Gradually add remaining 2 cups confectioners sugar; beat until smooth. Stir in milk, 1/2 teaspoon at a time until of spreading consistency.
