HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
Chopped onion
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can peas, drained
Slices of Velveeta cheese
4 or 5 c. prepared mashed potatoes, may use instant

Brown hamburger with onions in 3 quart casserole dish and drain. Mix tomato soup and peas into meat mixture. Place slices of cheese to cover as layer. Top with 6 to 8 cups mashed potatoes as top layer and seal edges. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until sauce bubbles well around edges of potatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
