SPINACH & ORANGE SALAD 
1 to 2 bunches fresh spinach, washed well & stems removed 2 navel oranges, peeled & sliced
Chopped green onion or purple onion, sliced & separated into rings
12 oz. pkg. bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Toss salad. Mix dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake well and pour over salad just before serving.
