PIZZA BURGERS 
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. fine cracker meal
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 hamburger buns or 4 French rolls
1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine milk, chuck, cracker meal, onion, garlic salt, salt and Parmesan cheese in mixing bowl. Toast lightly the buns or the French rolls, halved. Spread meat mixture over the bread. Make a well in the center of meat mixture by using back of spoon. Combine tomato sauce and oregano. Spoon tablespoons of mixture into each well. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese over each burger. Bake until cheese melts.
